

While working as a consultant for PriceWaterhouse LLP in New York City, Mr.Westphalen became drawn to the unique financial goals of his client base. Adam’s desire to assist his clients toward accomplishing their goals in an independent, objective environment resulted in the formation of the Vista Companies.
In addition to the Certified Investment Management Analyst and Certified Financial PlannerTM professional designations, Mr. Westphalen is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and a Certified Practitioner of Taxation. He is a graduate of Lehigh University with a BS in Finance and earned his MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
Mr. Westphalen lives in Easton, Connecticut with his wife Jennifer and their four children.

WILLIAM DONALDSON, CFP®, EA, CDFA is Director of Financial Planning and co-founder of The Vista Companies. Active with several local universities, Mr. Donaldson also established and oversees an internship program at Vista through which he helps students learn about the financial services industry.
His strong desire to help others initially drew Mr. Donaldson into the public safety field. Now retired from an exemplary career with the CT State Police, he fulfills this same desire by serving his clients as a trusted financial advisor, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
In addition to the Certified Financial PlannerTM, Enrolled Agent and Certified Divorce Financial AnalystTM designations, Mr. Donaldson is also a Registered Investment Advisor and a divorce mediator. He is President of the Collaborative Divorce Team of CT, co-President of the CT Council for Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Practice, a board member of the Association of Divorce Financial Planners and member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He is currently a graduate candidate for the Master's of Taxation degree from the University of New Haven and expects to graduate in the spring of 2010.
Mr. Donaldson lives in Southbury, Connecticut with his wife and son Robert.
Providing a comprehensive approach to financial planning, Mr. DellaGrotte began his career in public accounting spending most of his time in the tax department of Tonneson & Company, a large regional CPA firm in the Boston area. While there, Peter worked with high net worth individuals and small business owners developing strategies to their complex financial concerns.
Mr. DellaGrotte is a graduate of Assumption College with a BA degree in accounting. Mr. DellaGrotte is a Registered Investment Adviser and holds a General Securities license.
Peter lives in Middletown, CT with his wife Lydia and their two sons Maxwell and Nicholas. Mr. DellaGrotte has been a youth baseball and hockey coach for many years.
